Aileen Alfaro-Andrada, Founder
Aileen is a freelancer who has transitioned from being a full time employee for a decade to a creative entrepreneur by using her knowledge and skills to provide services virtually. After a couple of self reinventions, she has finally learned what it means to be doing something she loves while getting paid for it. She believes that we have what it takes to pursue our passion while making a living, if we only understand our reason for being.
Aileen also hosts her own podcast, The Workplay Podcast, where she shares her life experiences and her own perspective about passion, purpose and intentional living.
Vincent Andrada, Music Producer, Audio Engineer & Video Editor
Multi-passionate and musically inclined, Vincent edits YouTube video podcasts and also creates background music for podcasts. When he is not working, he creates guitar covers which you can find on his YouTube channel and on his Instagram account. Vincent quit his full-time job and career as a team leader in a large business processes outsourcing company and is now doing both audio and video editing, managing podcasts, and onboarding clients. Pre-pandemic, he’s been an active band member who plays the guitar obviously but he plays the drums, too!
